His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and the UAE's Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister, has approved new plans and policies aimed at making Dubai one of the world’s most beautiful, livable and healthiest cities.

The plans were endorsed during a meeting of The Executive Council of Dubai, held as part of the UAE Annual Government Meetings 2025.

Key initiatives include the Public Parks and Greenery Strategy with a budget of AED 18.3 billion, promoting affordable high-quality schools, boosting aviation and sports talent, enhancing early healthcare detection, and establishing a financial restructuring and insolvency court.

Sheikh Hamdan said the initiatives will combine urban development with nature, enhance health and quality of life, and empower future generations, guided by the Dubai Plan 2033 and its economic and social agendas.

He also praised the UAE Annual Government Meetings for strengthening federal-local integration and shaping the nation’s future.
