Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the closure of all its customer happiness centres until further notice.
The decision, which came into effect on Sunday, is also applicable for centres operated by the RTA in partnership with Dubai Municipality and other service providers.
It’s in line with the directives of Dubai’s Supreme Committee of Crisis and Disaster Management to extend disinfection operations in the emirate to 24 hours a day, for a renewable period of two weeks.
Customers have been advised to use online platforms to complete their transactions.
Closure of Customer Happiness Centres and service providers from Sunday, April 5, 2020 until further notice. You can get our services online through our website https://t.co/d59n6xYb3x and our smart applications.#StayHome pic.twitter.com/iJTaqYsn2h
