COVID-19: Dubai Economy fines 11 outlets for breaking rules

In the latest crackdown on COVID-19 protocol violations, a total of 13 commercial establishments have been penalised by the Dubai Economy.

Eleven outlets were fined, while two commercial entities were issued warnings. 

A total of 685 businesses were found to have complied fully with the precautionary measures.

The authority has stressed that the inspections are aimed at educating establishments about the importance of complying with the rules, in order to ensure the continuity of their business as well as the safety of their employees and customers.
