The UAE has confirmed 1,161 new cases of COVID-19 from 116,083 tests.
Another 1,493 people have recovered, taking the recovery tally to 134,983.
Meanwhile, two more patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 505.
A total of 137,310 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 1,822 are currently active.
