Heavy-duty trucks, lorries, and buses will be banned on Abu Dhabi roads at specific times throughout the Holy Month of Ramadan.

Abu Dhabi Police have announced that trucks and lorries will not be able to ply on the emirate's roads between 8 AM and 10 AM, and from 2 PM to 4 PM.

Buses carrying 50 passengers or more will only be stopped in the morning between 8 AM and 10 AM.

Police have urged drivers to adhere to this schedule and to help make the emirate's road safer during the month of fasting.
