The UAE has confirmed 2,232 new cases of COVID-19 from 491,658 tests in the past 24 hours.
Another 1,427 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 780,893.
Two patients have died, taking the total number of fatalities to 2,253.
A total of 851,537 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 68,391 are currently active
