Goyal put in charge of India's finance ministry again

India's railway and coal minister Piyush Goyal has been put in temporary charge of the country's Ministry of Finance.

It's as the current Finance Minister Arun Jaitley remains on medical leave in the United States.

The news comes nine days ahead of the presentation of the interim budget, which is now likely to be made by Goyal.

It's the second time that Goyal's filled the finance role, following a three-month stint last year when Jaitley underwent a kidney transplant.
