Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson's rant about his unprofessional 'Fast 8' co-stars was reportedly aimed at Vin Diesel. The 44-year-old actor is believed to have met up with the actor-and-producer, 49, on the film's set in Atlanta on Tuesday (09.08.16) to settle their differences. Insiders have told gossip website TMZ that when the 'San Andreas' star was referring to those who are too "chicken s**t" to come and speak to him face-to-face, it was mainly about Vin. Production sources also said the pair butted heads because Dwayne wasn't happy about certain choices Vin made for the movie. The publication reports there was a lot of tension on set, which made it hard for them to film some scenes. The wrestling champion praised his female co-stars in the film, Charlize Theron, Jordana Brewster and Michelle Rodriguez, but admitted it was a "different story" working with the guys. Dwayne - who plays bounty hunter Luke Hobbs - wrote on Facebook: "This is my final week of shooting Fast & Furious 8. There's no other franchise that gets my blood boiling more than this one. "An incredible hard working crew. Universal Studios Entertainment has been great partners as well. My female co-stars are always amazing and I love 'em. My male co-stars however are a different story (sic). "Some conduct themselves as stand up men and true professionals, while others don't. The ones that don't are too chicken s**t to do anything about it anyway. Candy asses." He also stars alongside Scott Eastwood, Jason Statham, Tyrese Gibson, Kurt Russell and Ludacris in the next installment of the action franchise.
