Iconic Indian singer, Asha Bhosle, has died in Mumbai. She was 92.
Her son, Anand, confirmed the news and said the funeral will be held on Monday.
"My mother passed away today. People can pay their last respects to her at 11am tomorrow at Casa Grande, Lower Parel, where she lived," he said, adding, "Her last rites will be performed at 4pm tomorrow at Shivaji Park."
She was admitted to Mumbai's Breach Candy Hospital on Saturday following "extreme exhaustion and a chest infection".
