Nakheel awards AED 1.8 billion construction contract for Como Residences

Nakheel

Nakheel, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded an AED 1.8 billion contract to ALEC Engineering & Contracting LLC for the construction of the 75-storey Como Residences on Palm Jumeirah.

The project is set for handover in the second quarter of 2028.

Rising over 300 meters tall, this residential tower will feature just 81 luxurious residences, ranging from two- to seven-bedroom apartments, including a spacious duplex penthouse.

With only two apartments per floor, residents will enjoy an exclusive lifestyle with access-controlled elevators leading to private lobbies.

Each apartment offers stunning 180-degree views of the sea and skyline, while those on levels 23 and above boast extraordinary 360-degree panoramas, stretching from Burj Al Arab to Ain Dubai, making Como Residences a truly unique living experience in Dubai.

"This is more than just another residential development; it's a statement of Dubai's ambition and sets a new standard for waterfront luxury," said Khalid Al Malik, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Real Estate.

"With its curated amenities and opulent finishes that will rival those of even the most luxurious properties, Como Residences promises to stand apart as the pinnacle of urban living," added Barry Lewis, Chief Executive Officer of ALEC Engineering & Contracting.

The architectural design is inspired by the sea, featuring sinuous lines that echo the patterns of seashells, harmonising with the beauty of nature. A standout feature includes elevated private sandy beaches, alongside communal and private pools on many levels, enhancing the coastal experience.

Residents can also relax at a stunning rooftop infinity pool and observation deck on the 75th floor, offering breathtaking views of the Dubai skyline and the Arabian Gulf.

Additional amenities will include private parking, an onsite spa, a fully equipped gym with spectacular vistas, green spaces, and children's play areas. The entrance and main lobby are designed with architectural uniqueness, complemented by valet and concierge services.
