Amazon Prime has been launched in the Emirates, allowing members to enjoy free delivery on local and international items.

They'll also have unlimited access to Prime Video and Twitch Prime.

Last month Souq.com became Amazon.ae after the Dubai-based e-commerce company was bought for more than AED 2.1 billion

Amazon customers can join Prime for AED 16 per month, or AED 140 for a year.

And, until October 31, 2019, monthly customers can enjoy an introductory promotional price of AED 12 per month.

Residents can also sign up for a 30-day free trial at www.amazon.ae/prime.
