* Listeners must tune in to Dubai Eye 103.8, follow the on-air instructions, and correctly identify the featured business leader.
* Entries must be made in the manner announced on-air.

3. Finalists:
* Shortlisted finalists must be available to attend the finale outside broadcast in person in Dubai on October 10, 2025.
* Failure to attend may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate finalist.
