Lamb chops 8 pcs (500 gm)
Cumin powder 3 g
Coriander powder 5 g
Salt 10 g
Cider vinegar 6 gm
Pineapple juice 5 gm
Corn oil 10 g
Ginger garlic paste 40 g
Kashmiri chili powder 5 g
Turkish Labneh 150 g
Gram Masala 10 g
For smoking
Shisha charcoal or wood charcoal
Clove whole 2 pcs
Ghee/ butter 10 ml
Air tight glass 14 cm high or utensil that has a tight lid
A small Stainless steel bowl to keep the live coal
