Formula 1 has announced that the US, Mexican and Brazilian Grands Prix will not go ahead this year.

This comes as the three countries have among the worst COVID-19 infection rates in the world.

F1 bosses have decided to add three more races in Europe instead, which will be added to the calendar soon.

This will see the return of Germany’s Nurburgring and Imola in Italy and the debut for Portugal’s Portimao track.
