Real Madrid crowned FIFA Intercontinental Cup 2024 champions

Real Madrid claimed the 2024 FIFA Intercontinental Cup title with a dominant 3-0 victory over Pachuca in Wednesday's final at Lusail Stadium.

Kylian Mbappe, Rodrygo, and Vinicius Jr. each found the back of the net, securing the win for Carlo Ancelotti's side.

The match, which came in the midst of a busy season, could have posed challenges, but Real Madrid's performance was convincing.

Ancelotti expressed his delight after the match, stating, "I am very happy. It was a match that in the middle of the season could have caused problems and instead we deservedly won it."

With this victory, Real Madrid adds another prestigious title to their collection, solidifying their position as one of the world's top football clubs.
