Premier League round-up: Impressive wins for City, United and Arsenal

It was a good day for the Premier League’s top three yesterday – Manchester City romped to a 5-1 win over Bournemouth, Arsenal won 3-0 at Watford, and Manchester United beat Everton by the same score line. Meanwhile, Jurgen Klopp’s reign at Liverpool started with a goalless draw at Spurs, and Sam Allardyce’s first game as Sunderland boss ended in a 1-0 loss at West Brom. Elsewhere, Chelsea beat Aston Villa 2-0, West Ham overcame Crystal Palace 3-1, and Southampton were held to a 2-2 draw by Leicester.
