Valtteri Bottas has won the Australian Formula One Grand Prix for Mercedes on Sunday.

His British teammate Lewis Hamilton came in second, with Dutchman Max Verstappen of Red Bull at third.

The Finn, who produced a sizzling display to record his first victory since Abu Dhabi in November 2017, earned an additional point for setting the fastest lap on the penultimate lap.

It was a disappointing start for Ferrari, with Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc at a distant fourth and fifth positions.
