Biggar is better for Wales

Wales star Dan Biggar has been given the green light to play against Scotland in the Six Nations on Saturday. Biggar limped off in the early stages of their opening game against Ireland, but has recovered from an ankle injury. Meanwhile, France will host Ireland on Saturday and England will be hoping to continue their winning start when they travel to Italy on Sunday.
