Bolivia's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Her Excellency Celinda Sosa, expressed heartfelt gratitude to UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, highlighting the strong bilateral relationship between the two nations.
