President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has shared a message highlighting the impact of the "Make it in the Emirates" exhibition in building a "more resilient and sustainable national industrial model" for the UAE.

In a post shared on social media platform X, His Highness added that the UAE "continues to forge strategic partnerships and invest in industry, artificial intelligence, and technology to strengthen local capabilities and global competitiveness".

He also shared a post stating that he was delighted to meet his "backbone", His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, at the exhibition on Wednesday.

The UAE’s flagship industrial forum, designed to help businesses tap into one of the world’s most dynamic industrial development stories, opened on Monday in Abu Dhabi.

In its fifth edition, the forum is themed "Advanced Industry. Emerging Stronger".

It brought together approximately 1,200 exhibitors at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, spanning 12 priority industries including advanced manufacturing, aerospace and defence, pharmaceuticals, energy, mobility, and sustainable materials.

The scale of this year’s event reinforces the UAE’s long‑term industrial direction and commitment to an economy built to keep building. It comes on the heels of industrial GDP rising by 70 per cent from 2021 and exports more than doubling to AED262 billion.
