UAE issues advisory over Danalac infant formula

@moccaeuae/ X

UAE authorities have confirmed that Danalac infant formula is not registered in the country and has not been imported through official channels.

The Ministry of Climate Change and Environment, working with the Emirates Drug Establishment and other regulatory authorities, also said there is no evidence the product is being widely sold in local markets.

However, they are urging anyone who may have obtained the product through unofficial means — including personal imports or purchases made abroad — to dispose of it immediately.

The advisory is aimed at protecting children’s health and public safety.
