UAE condemns Israeli targeting of Lebanese army vehicle

The UAE has strongly condemned the Israeli targeting of a vehicle belonging to the Lebanese Armed Forces in southern Lebanon that killed three military personnel on Saturday.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) reaffirmed the UAE’s categorical rejection of any attacks that target Lebanon’s legitimate institutions or undermine its security and stability. 

It also reaffirmed its full solidarity and support with the government of Lebanon, emphasising its unwavering commitment to supporting the country's unity, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.

The ministry also expressed its sincere condolences to the families of the victims and the people of Lebanon over this attack
