H.H. Sheikh Hamdan names FIX's popular 'Dubai Chocolate' for Dubai-it award

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, has presented the Dubai-it Award in the business category to FIX Dessert for "introducing 'Dubai Chocolate' to the world".

In a post on social media platform X, Sheikh Hamdan said, "Sarah Hamouda and Yezen Alani transformed a home-based business in Dubai into a global success. Sales of Dubai-style chocolate surged by 1,234 per cent in one year, and today, these products are sold in markets around the world and at more than 100 airports".

He congratulated the team, and added that they are great examples of the "spirit of Dubai-it: transforming a simple home-based business into a global success".

Sheikh Hamdan had launched the Dubai-it Award in June this year to honour "individuals, projects, companies and institutions that... transform bold ideas into exceptional achievements".
