Nine trekkers have been rescued from Ras Al Khaimah's Wadi Negav after a 13-hour-long search operation.
Teams from Ras Al Khaimah Police, who rushed to the site after they were alerted about the stranded trekkers, struggled to reach them due to the rough terrain.
Officials said a local resident helped them finally locate the group, who had suffered from exhaustion.
They were provided with necessary first-aid and received additional medical care at the hospital.
