Dubai is moving ahead with new education initiatives aimed at strengthening learning outcomes, improving student wellbeing and equipping learners with future-ready skills.

The progress of these initiatives was reviewed by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and the UAE's Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister, during a meeting with the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA).

Sheikh Hamdan reaffirmed that investing in people through high-quality education remains a national priority under the UAE’s leadership, and said Dubai is focused on building an education system that combines academic excellence with strong national values.

He also praised the KHDA’s efforts to raise education standards in line with Dubai’s Education 33 Strategy.

The authority outlined a number of initiatives focused on strengthening Arabic language learning, improving student wellbeing, and developing life and future-ready skills.

The Education 33 Strategy aims to provide every learner in Dubai with a personalised learning journey from early childhood through to higher education and lifelong learning.
