COVID-19: UAE announces 726 new cases, two deaths

The UAE has announced 726 new cases of COVID-19, taking the overall tally in the country to 33,896.

According to the Ministry of Health and Prevention, some 42,624 coronavirus tests were recently carried out across the UAE.


Meanwhile, 449 people have recovered from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 17,546.


It was also confirmed that two more people have died from the virus, bringing the total death toll to 262.
