The UAE has confirmed 1,260 new cases of COVID-19 from 146,020 tests.
Another 584 people have recovered, taking the overall recovery tally to 160,295.
Meanwhile, two more patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 596.
A total of 178,837 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 17,946 are currently active.
