Sunday mass cancelled in Sri Lankan capital

LAKRUWAN WANNIARACHCHI / AFP

There will no Sunday mass in Colombo this week.

It comes as foreign intelligence warns of more threats in the wake of the deadly Easter bombings that left 253 people dead.

All Catholic churches have been forced to cancel the service in the capital Colombo.

It’s still likely that those responsible for the attacks are still at large and could be planning more attacks.
