No deal Brexit more likely, says Barnier

The EU's chief negotiator Michel Barnier says Britain has become more likely in recent days to exit the European Union without a deal in place.

It comes after politicians in the UK failed to agree on amendments to the Prime Minister's divorce deal with just days to go before it's due to leave the EU.
