 
                                    Oman has announced the closure of land, air and sea borders from December 22, 2020.
According to the Tweets by the Oman News Agency, the closure will be in effect for one week.
The decision exempts cargo aircrafts, ships and trucks.
The step has been taken to prevent the spread of the new strain of COVID-19.
