Releasing the list, Forbes noted that Ryan, who was among the top earners last year, boosted his position by "branching beyond YouTube with a line of more than 100 toys, clothing items and more, a show on Nickelodeon, and a deal with Hulu".
Created by his parents in 2015, it was initially named as Ryan ToysReview and consisted mostly "unboxing" videos. Today, it has evolved into a more educational show with over 22.9 million subscribers.
The second place went to 'Dude Perfect', which is run by a group of friends from Texas, who earned $20 million and a Nickelodeon show.
