It’s emerged the fashion designer behind Miss Philippines, now Miss Universe 2015, is a former designer for a royal family in the UAE. Albert Andrada served in the Fujairah Ruler’s Palace for 10 years before going back to the Philippines in 2013 to focus on his own business. He made Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach’s national costume and evening gown for the pageant. Andrada tells ARN about the inspiration behind his creations for the Miss Universe.
