Coca-Cola Arena will mark its 500th event on Friday with a sold-out performance by global pop-rock sensation LANY and a bespoke lighting show that aims to "reflect (on) the scale, ambition and energy of the journey so far and the future ahead".

Located at the heart of City Walk, the arena has welcomed an exceptional range of touring concerts, international sporting events, comedy shows, corporate events, exhibitions, live theatre and family entertainment, firmly establishing itself as a venue of global relevance.

The arena's mission has "always been to bring communities together through world-class live experiences, and this moment reflects the powerful connection between the city, its guests, our audiences, our team, and the talent we welcome to our stage," explained Mark Jan Kar, General Manager of Coca-Cola Arena.

Fernando Eiroa, CEO of Dubai Holding Entertainment, highlighted how the arena has "played a pivotal role in strengthening Dubai Holding Entertainment’s position as a leader in world-class live experiences".

"As we move into next 500 events, our focus is on expanding the diversity of programming, embracing new formats and technologies, and continuing to deliver unforgettable moments that reflect the ambition and vibrancy of Dubai."

To mark the milestone, Coca-Cola Arena has pledged 500 hours in 2026 to support emerging event professionals through an internship programme that will provide hands-on industry exposure across production, operations and events delivery.
