A$AP Rocky attacked in hotel elevator

A$AP Rocky was allegedly attacked by three men in a hotel elevator in New Zealand last night (24.02.16). The 27-year-old rapper - real name Rakim Mayers - was reportedly pounced on at around 3am at the Pullman Hotel after he jumped into a lift with three glamorous ladies on his arm following his performance in Auckland earlier that night. It's believed the vicious brawl broke out when the three men attempted to climb in the lift and the 'Fashion Killer' allegedly told them there wasn't enough room for them. The men allegedly ambushed the rapper before swinging for his face and head. Security rushed to the scene and managed to break up the scuffle until police arrived and detained the suspects - all thought to be locals - for alleged assault and resisting arrest. It's unknown if A$AP sustained any injuries during the fight but one law enforcement officer had to be taken to hospital after he suffered a puncture wound to his arm from a broken bottle, according to the New Zealand Herald newspaper. A$AP later took to his Twitter account to reassure fans he hadn't been harmed in the brawl and was still "handsome."
