MAKE SPORTS FUN

It’s captivating to watch the glory of the athletes at the Olympics but it’s not always a rosy path to the top for individuals who take up different sports.

While some get the right support and guidance and pursue their dream, there are others who gave up on their goals altogether.

With so much pressure from coaches, families, and friends, are we taking away the fun from sports?

Watch this video and share your thought with us.

Should participation in sports be about having fun or about winning every single time?
Did you or anyone you know feel the pressure while playing?
Do you know any children who pulled back from sports because of their coaches and peers?
What can we do as a community to make sports fun again?

Share your thought with us

Stay tuned to Afternoons with Helen Farmer where we’ll be sharing your feedback. You could also win AED 500 in cash to spend on your favourite sport!
