Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

The person entering the competition must be a resident of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Employees of Arabian Radio Network (ARN), Dubai Holding, and the official sponsors of the campaign are not eligible to enter or participate in this campaign.

2. Entry

To enter the competition, participants must send “Fans” to the station’s number and be taken on-air during a call with the presenter to take part in the quiz.

Entrants confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Entrants may be disqualified if any information provided is found to be inconsistent, inaccurate, or misleading.

3. Entry Limit and Travel Eligibility

Participants must be 21 years old or above, eligible for international travel, and able to travel to the USA from the UAE.

Participants must hold a valid passport. 

4. Prize

The winner will receive a pair of tickets, including flights and accommodation, to watch the game in Kansas City, USA, on 3 July.

Visa arrangements and approvals are the sole responsibility of the winner and/or participant. ARN is not responsible if the winner and/or participant is unable to travel due to visa refusal, delays, immigration restrictions, passport issues, or any other travel-related requirements.

The match tickets and flight tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.

A maximum of two people will be flown from the UAE to the USA.

The itinerary provided includes fixed dates for flights and hotel stays. 

Hotel included 3-night stay on room + breakfast basis only. 

5. Winner Selection

All entries will be reviewed by ARN, and winners will be selected solely at ARN’s discretion.

Winners may be contacted for further verification and a possible recorded interview.

ARN reserves the right to use images, videos, names, voices, and interviews of the winners and/or participants for promotional purposes across ARN platforms.

6. Prize Conditions

The prize is subject to availability, travel restrictions, airline conditions, hotel policies, visa approvals, and any applicable government regulations.

ARN reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or substitute the prize with another prize of equal or similar value if required.

7. Expenses

If the winner wishes to make any changes to the confirmed travel itinerary, any additional costs, fees, or charges will be the responsibility of the winner. 

Any additional hotel expenses outside the prize package, including but not limited to local and international phone calls, laundry, room service, meals, minibar charges, extra beds, upgrades, damages, or other incidental costs, will be borne by the winner and not by the travel agency and/or ARN.

The itinerary is fixed. Any costs or arrangements outside the confirmed itinerary will be the responsibility of the winner.

The prize does not include transportation to or from the airport in either the UAE or the USA. 

8. Publicity and Promotion

The winner must consent to publicity photos, videos, interviews, and the use of their name, image, voice, and likeness across ARN’s on-air, online, social media, and promotional platforms.

9. ARN General Competition Terms and Conditions

The ARN general competition terms and conditions, available on each ARN radio station website, as well as any specific competition rules, apply.

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

In case of any dispute, ARN’s decision will be final.
