UAE's COVID cases drop below 100 two days in a row

The number of new cases of COVID-19 in the UAE has dipped below 100 for the second consecutive day.

Eighty-eight new cases were reported from 279,134 tests on Friday.

It comes just a day after the number of new cases stood at 94. 

Another 135 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 733,008.

Two patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 2,128.

A total of 739,106 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 3,970 are currently active.
