The Joint Operations Command at the Ministry of Defence has announced the departure of the fifth UAE aid ship from Hamriyah Port in Dubai, heading to Al Arish, Egypt.

Carrying 5,112 tonnes of humanitarian supplies, this shipment is part of Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 and aims to support the Palestinian people in Gaza.

The cargo includes food, shelter materials, medical supplies, and five ambulances, coordinated with the Emirates Red Crescent and other humanitarian organizations.

So far, the UAE has delivered over 34,000 tonnes of aid to Gaza.

In addition to the shipments, the UAE has launched several projects, including two field hospitals and automated bakeries, and established six desalination plants producing two million gallons of water daily for over 600,000 people.

The UAE is committed to ensuring that aid reaches those in need through all available channels, reinforcing its dedication to humanitarian support for the Palestinian people.
