The UAE has sent another 200 tones of aid to support those affected by the recent floods in Sudan.

An aircraft assigned by the UAE Armed Forces carried the latest shipment, which was arranged by the Fujairah Charitable Society.

The initiative is in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah.

Hamad Mohammed Humaid Al Junaibi, the UAE's Ambassador to Sudan, reaffirmed the depth of relations between the two countries, adding that the UAE always stands with its brothers in times of need.
