UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has discussed the implications of the ongoing military escalation during talks with Qatar's Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani in Abu Dhabi.
The two leaders discussed the impact of Iranian attacks on regional and international stability, as well as maritime security and the global economy.
The meeting also addressed the continued Iranian attacks targeting the UAE, Qatar, and other countries in the region, including attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure, as well as the efforts of both countries to safeguard their security, sovereignty and safety of its people.
The leaders also discussed ways to further strengthen cooperation across various sectors in a manner that supports development priorities and mutual interests.
Sheikh Tamim, who arrived in the UAE on a fraternal visit, was received at the airport by Sheikh Mohamed, along with a number of Sheikhs and officials.
