UAE President continues to receive condolences on passing of Sheikh Saeed

The UAE's President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received further condolences on Friday on the passing of his brother Sheikh Saeed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Sheikh Mohamed welcomed well-wishers at Qasr Al Mushrif in Abu Dhabi on the second day of a three-day mourning period.

His Highness received condolences from H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah; H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah; Sheikh Thani bin Hamad Al Thani; Sheikh Al Qaqa bin Hamad Al Thani; and Jassim Mohammed Al Budaiwi, Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council.

Later on Friday, Dubai's Crown Prince His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum paid his respects.

He was accompanied by His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai, and Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Dubai Airports Corporation and Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline.

The UAE President also received condolences from several sheikhs, officials and crowds of mourners who expressed their sympathy to the entire Al Nahyan family.
