UAE presents housing development model at GCC meeting

Delegates focused on key features of the UAE’s housing development model that could be replicated in other Gulf countries. Plans to launch a standard GCC building code by the end of this year have also come under discussion. Officials have identified the housing sector as a major contributor to the Gulf region’s economy and social stability.
