UAE Police issues e-certificates for car damage due to heavy rain

Drivers can now apply for verification letters online if their vehicles suffered damages due to adverse weather conditions.

They can request a "To Whom It May Concern" e-certificate through the official website or app of the UAE police, to present to their insurance provider in order to carry out any repairs from water damage.

In the event of a vehicle breakdown caused by severe weather conditions, you now have the option to request a "To Whom it May Concern" certificate through the official Dubai Police website or mobile app.#DubaiPoliceService pic.twitter.com/c3qYPpUZ1Y
