The Minister of Justice, Sultan bin Saeed Al Badi Al Dhaheri, issued the resolution to establish the framework.

Each court will have minor, major and appeals circuits for processing the cases.

The resolutions come as part of the Ministry’s initiative to ensure the quality and consistency of legal judgements.
