The discussions with foreign ministers from Pakistan, the United Kingdom, Spain, France and Kazakhstan, focused on the serious implications for regional stability, as well as global energy security and the economy.

All sides strongly condemned the attacks as a clear violation of international law and a direct threat to state sovereignty.

They reaffirmed the right of affected countries to take necessary measures to protect their territories and ensure the safety of residents and visitors.
