UAE extends helping hand to frontline workers in Syria

WAM

The UAE continues to extend a helping hand to frontline workers in earthquake-hit Syria.

As part of Operation 'Gallant Knight 2', the Emirates Red Crescent is providing food and clothing to more than 500 cleaners in Latakia Governorate.

It's in recognition of their vital role in assisting authorities with the post-quake recovery and rehabilitation process.

In addition to supporting workers, the UAE has also been providing relief aid to Syrian families and vulnerable groups affected by the earthquake in February.
