UAE expresses solidarity with Pakistan over train tragedy

The UAE has expressed its solidarity with Pakistan after a collision between two passenger trains in the southern part of the country resulted in several casualties.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation offered its heartfelt condolences and extended its sympathies to the Government of Pakistan and to the families of all victims.

The ministry also wishes those who were injured in the incident a speedy recovery.

At least 36 people died in the incident, Pakistan government officials said.
