UAE condemns terror attacks in Afghanistan

WAM

The UAE has strongly condemned the two terror attacks in Afghanistan that left several civilians dead and wounded.

A mosque in northeastern Afghanistan was targetted first, while a Sikh temple in the capital city of Kabul was attacked in the second.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MoFAIC) affirmed that the UAE rejects all forms of violence aimed at destabilising the security and stability of the region.

The Ministry expressed its condolences to the Afghan people and to the families of the victims.
