In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation reiterated the UAE's firm stance against all forms of violence.

It said such acts go against religious and humanitarian values and principles.

The ministry also expressed its condolences to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.

At least 32 people were killed and hundreds injured in the back-to-back suicide attacks on a market in central Baghdad.
