Licensed restaurants, cafes and tourist service facilities across Abu Dhabi are now allowed to serve shisha.

According to the Department of Economic Development, the outlets are required to comply with all the precautionary measures to combat COVID-19.

Only single-use equipment and pipes must be used, while the sampling of hookah before it is served is strictly prohibited.

The smoking areas must be isolated, and the number of cleaning shifts in such areas is to be increased.
